My samples show that felt, if thin enough, will let light trough and will change colors depending on the light. The way it let’s light trough reminded me of cystals. With a crystal the light does not shine all the way trough, but just lights up the color inside the crystal. After cutting the thin felt into triangles and melting them together in the shape I was now able to create shapes. The Crystals displayed are my first experimentations with shaping the thin felt.
