The experiment began with the goal of making it without glue and screws, while creating no or as little cutting waste as possible. I started with simple cuts and playing with adding material, creating funky shapes. By repeating them, adding color and making them into patterns, the shapes came to life and a graphic playful work emerged. the samples are both machine and hand made. I like to combine these techniques so you get the tightness of the machine but the craftsmanship of a human. so the sample could only be made when hand and machine work together.
