I am interested in exploring new facets of the PET felt that would not appear feasible at first glance. By applying high heat, the felt becomes fluid. Afterwards I guide the melted plastic into its final form, resulting in a strong contrast between the soft felt and rigid plastic. This contrast is further emphasized by the color blue, which makes the matte and glossy appearance more visible. My final result is a study of aesthetics and texture.
